Information Technology
The Information Technology (IT) Department is responsible for providing technology services for all county departments and assisting them with the efficient delivery of services to the citizens of Rowan County. IT provides support for hardware, software applications, phone system, audio/video equipment, data management, online services, and technology policy implementation. IT is responsible for ensuring a secure and stable enterprise infrastructure that aligns technology with business strategies while providing local and remote technical assistance for over 750 county employees.
